The digital fire brigade interface DCSF7 is used to select and start pre-configured alarm text preserves and discontinuation of free spoken voice announcements by the fire department. A fireman microphone (FWS) to ÖNORM F 3033 is to be installed in all electro acoustic emergency systems (ENS) according to TRVB S 158 in Austria.
The digital fire brigade interface DCSF7 is used in combination with the ENS-VARIODYN® D1 and includes a hand-held microphone with PTT key, operation and built-in speakers and a microphone for acoustic monitoring and error message to be deducted acoustically.
The connection of the DCSF7 to VARIODYN® D1 takes place via a free DAL Bus of the digital output module (DOM) using a standard Cat5 cable. The transmission of all the audio and control signals as well as the power supply of the communication unit is ensured by this DAL bus and permanently monitored.
Any number of digital firefighter communication units DCSF7 can be operated with the D1 VARIODYN®. Thus, in the case of an evacuation, an optimized evacuation of the building can be ensured, even from different locations. These circuits are subject to priorities and mutual locking required in ÖNORM F 3033 and TRVB S 158.
The product is approved with the name Fireman's Microphone DCSF7; according to ÖNORM F 3033 2005. This approval is confirmed by a test certificate.
A DCSF7 can be sold with a Cat5 cable up to 300 meters from a ENZ. By using an optional fiber-optic cabling, the distance to the ENZ increases to a greater distance. If necessary, the DCSF7 can also be connected with a brand-resistant cable (for e.g. JE-H (St) H 4x2x0, 8).
